How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Callstudio Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Callstudio Pest Control
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work, and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Callstudio Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work, and we cannot decide things for a provider.

If your worry is how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Washington.

How to File

Email contact@callstudio.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened, and what outcome you want from us

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option.
